Shipping Policy

Free U.S. Shipping
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $79.9. Orders under $79.9 will have shipping calculated at checkout.

Processing & Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

  • During sales (e.g. Pink Friday, Black Friday), allow up to 5 business days to ship.

  • U.S. delivery takes an estimated 5–12 business days after dispatch.

  • Priority shipping is available at checkout, with cost based on your location.

Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to protect your privacy.

Shipping Confirmation
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Important Notes

  • Silkyegirl is not responsible for incorrect addresses, delivery delays, or packages lost in transit.

  • If a package is returned to sender, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

  • Once placed, orders cannot be changed. For cancellation, email service@silkyegirl.com as soon as possible. Cancellations are not guaranteed due to fast processing.

International Shipping
We ship to Europe, the UK, Oceania, Canada, and select other countries. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.

  • Customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • All international sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Return & Exchange Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all intimate items (including lingerie, panties, and hosiery) are final sale once opened.

Eligible Returns
We accept returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed, unopened items with original tags and hygiene seals intact.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • You can choose store credit or exchange.

  • To receive a refund to your original payment method, you'll need to purchase your own return shipping label.

Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened intimate items

  • Items without tags or hygiene liners (if applicable)

  • Clearance items, games, gift boxes

  • International orders

  • Any worn or washed products

Shipping Fees
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Inspection
All returned items are inspected upon receipt. Items that don’t meet return criteria will be declined and not refunded.


Shipping Protection

For peace of mind, we offer Shipping Protection at checkout.

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, you're eligible for a replacement or refund.

  • Please note: This protection does not cover address errors made during checkout.

  • If you choose not to purchase shipping protection, Silkyegirl is not liable for any lost, delayed, or damaged packages once shipped.
